FREDA A. STILL, 89, Caldwell, died Monday at a Caldwell hospital.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the Church of God of
Prophecy, Caldwell. Burial will follow at the Lower Boise Cemetery,
Parma. Services are under the direction of Riverside Funeral Home, Garden City.

Leanora graduated from North Coventry High School, Pottstown, PA 1945, She attended Farmville State Teachers College, Farmville, VA. She is a homemaker, a mother of 4 boys (when her yougest was in 1st grade her oldest was a freshman in college).
In the early 1980's Leanora started taking care of her mother in Air Bellows Gap, NC. Her Mother died in 1986 and Leanora bought her house and moved to Air Bellows permantly in 1987. She enjoys gardening, playing bridge, and her dogs, "Rosey" & "Lilly". She also sews. Her weakness is chocolate.
She is an active member of the Sparta Womens Club and is a circle leader at Sparta Presbyterian Church, and a past Elder.
Family Antiques: Tall wide Walnut Chest, from the Joyce family, c. 1820, I think this came from the Thomas Roberts house, in 1906.
"Stable Horses", oil Painting, English, Early 1800's. Great Grandmother Kimble's Havilin Tea Set. A short washstand and 3 drawer pine chest, from the Joyce house in Stoneville. A small Mahogany Table with brass knob with a thistle on it, and turned legs from the Walker family. Set of 6 Chippendale Chairs, one host and 5 side's, c. 1770. Queen Anne 48" Round Dinning Table with 4, 12" leaves, c. 1810. (not the leaves) . An 8' x 12" Oriental Rug from Grandparent Ball's home in
Elkin, was in the front parlor. Pair of white painted twin beds, from Grandparent Simons', house (1920) A Lane cedar chest, a wicker chest, a 3 piece oriental bedroom set, a walnut campaign chest all that she has left of starting housekeeping (1950). And a living family antique, an oxolis (plant) from Emma Caroline Miller Epler's, it has been passed down from daughter to daughter to daughter and now to Mom's 4 son's (she divided it). Mother has it's orginial delft
container, dating from the 1860's.
HIST: On 19 Feb 2003, Leanora had a cancerous Liver tumor removed along with 60% of her liver. The lymph nodes around the liver were all checked for cancer and the results there came up benign.
